As Founder & CEO of Aretē, Rhiannon is shaping a business where excellence, integrity, and influence converge. Guided by a belief that character is the foundation of lasting success, she chose the name Aretē - the ancient Greek ideal of virtue and excellence - as a reflection of her philosophy in life and leadership.

Anita is an English-qualified private client lawyer by background, having spent over a decade advising ultra-high-net worth clients on complex, cross-border disputes and high-stakes situations. Known for her precision and depth of judgment, she advises at the point where wealth, power, and legacy intersect. Ranked and recognised in Legal 500, Best Lawyers, Citywealth, Private Client Global Elite, and the Spears Index, Anita’s work reflects both technical excellence and human understanding.
At Aretē, she leads Intelligence, designing the strategic architecture that enables trusted connections across the private-client world. Drawing on more than a decade as a private client lawyer at leading U.S law firms, she brings a rare dual perspective: the ability to see through the eyes of both adviser and principal. She translates complexity into clarity and connection into influence, ensuring that insight serves both precision and purpose. Formerly a partner at Moore Kingston Smith LLP (previously Shipleys LLP), she has led complex mandates across succession planning, compliance, governance and generational wealth. Recognised in Accountancy Age’s 35 Under 35, she is known for her calm authority, clarity, and commercial instinct in guiding clients through pivotal moments of growth and transition.
At Aretē, Hannah oversees the group’s financial stewardship and the structural integrity of its growing business units. She focuses on building a strong, transparent foundation that enables the business to thrive, ensuring every decision supports long-term success and shared trust.
